I've frequently had issues w/ the transfer speeds of USB 3.0 devices in Windows 10. I can take a USB 3.0 flash drive, plug it into a USB 3.0 port, and get transfer speeds under 1MB/s. It'll occasionally spike to expected speeds of 15-30MB/s, but more often than not it's frustratingly slow.
